For the past six years After Six Vodka is dedicated to distilling unique superior quality vodka that captures the essence of this great city. From grain to spirit, handcrafted in small batches, After Six Vodka is clearly distilled to the highest standards.
The production process begins with the careful selection of the finest grains, which are then milled and mashed to create a mash that is fermented. After fermentation, the mash is distilled at least 6 times to produce a pure, high-quality spirit. Once the spirit is distilled it is blended with local natural Spring Water from Elmvale Springs, Ontario. And finally a unique patented multistage filtration process and months long maturation creates a vodka like no other.
After Six also places a great deal of emphasis on the bottling and packaging process. All of our products are carefully inspected to ensure that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety. The bottles are then filled, labeled and packaged by hand with care one at a time to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition to the consumer.
